  • Do Mesauda Milano products contain heavy metals, nickel, parabens?

    Mesauda Milano products comply with all the requirements of the European cosmetic legislation and, in compliance with EU Regulation n.1223 / 2009, do not contain heavy metals.

    Nickel is never used as a component in the production of cosmetics as banned by the European Community: it is not in fact present in the lists of ingredients of any of our products.

    Most Mesauda Milano products are currently formulated without the use of parabens.

    The eventual indication "paraben free" is clearly reported both on the packaging of the products and in the descriptions published on the site.

  • Can I use Mesauda Milano products even if I suffer from skin allergies?

    In case of intolerances and allergies we recommend you to apply a very small amount of the product on the forearm and ideally spend an entire day. In case of redness and / or itching, stop using the product.

  • Where can I find the list of the ingredients contained in your products?

    The list of ingredients (INCI) can be found on the product or on its box and on the website, on the relative page of each product.

  • Do Mesauda Milano products have an expiring period?

    The European Community Directives state that if the stability of a cosmetic product exceeds 30 months it is not mandatory to apply expiry date: this applies to all MESAUDA MILANO products. It is instead necessary to indicate the PAO (Period after opening), or the duration - expressed in months - of the product starting from the opening of the package. This is a review of all products except single-dose and pressurized products, as required by law.

  • Are Mesauda Milano products tested on animals?

    MESAUDA MILANO does not perform, nor commission tests on animals, according to the provisions of the relative European legislation.

  • Why is not the indication "not tested on animals" present?

    The "Rabbit - Cruelty Free" logo, for which the registration of certain private entities is necessary, is neither mandatory nor necessary to guarantee and testify compliance with current legislation.

    Anyway Mesauda Milano always verify the absence of safety tests carried out on animals during the development of new products.

    Making an order on www.mesaudacosmetics.it is very simple:

    • Select the products you want to buy and add them to your cart
    • Follow the instructions to proceed with the purchase

    We are sorry, but we only accept orders placed on our official website www.mesaudacosmetics.it.
    We remind you that you can still buy our products at the offline stores or at authorized dealers, present throughout Italy.

  • How can I change the shipping address of my order?

    If you have just placed an order and you have noticed that the address you entered is not correct, you can contact our Customer Service immediately. It will no longer be possible to change the shipping address from the moment you receive the e-mail that the order has been shipped. Before confirming an order, we recommend you to always check that the address you entered is correct.

  • Can I cancel an order already shipped?

    We're sorry, but you can not cancel an order that left our warehouse. If you need support, you can contact our Customer Service.

  • Where can I check the status of my order?

    If you have an account on our website you can always check the status of your order in the "My orders" section. We remind you that the update on the status of the shipment can take place within 24 hours.

  • When will you ship my pack?

    Mesauda Milano undertake to deliver the goods you purchased within 3-4 working days from the date of receipt of the order.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    The amount for the shipping costs is € 5.90. You can have free shipping from a minimum purchase of € 15,00.

  • In which countries do you ship?

    We ship to all Italian territory, including islands and throughout the European community.

  • How can I track my shipment?

    From the moment your package leaves our warehouse and will be entrusted to the courier, you will receive an email confirming the shipment, containing a link to track your package directly on the courier's website.

    You can also check the status of your shipment by connecting to your account in the "my orders" section. We remind you that the update on the status of the shipment can take place within 24 hours.

  • Why I still didn’t receive my order?

    Mesauda Milano undertakes to deliver the orders within 3/4 days from the taking over by our partner BRT (Bartolini). Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, and may be subject to delays due to force majeure such as strikes or adverse weather conditions.

    We recommend that you always check that the address you entered for delivery is correct and updated before confirming your order. If the address is incorrect, the package will be sent back to Mesauda.

  • Is the payment with Paypal or Credit card safe?

    The transaction takes place on a secure page, with SSL certification (Secure Socket Layer), a system that guarantees maximum security for online transactions. Credit card data is protected against unauthorized access by encrypted transfer of SSL data that is not accessible to third parties.

  • Can I pay cash on delivery?

    You can pay directly to the courier who will deliver the ordered products. Only cash is accepted for this method of payment. Bank checks or bank drafts will not be accepted. In case of failure to pay the exact amount of the order, the delivery of the products will be denied. The cost of the service is € 2.50. The service is only available for shipments to Italy.

  • When will my credit card be charged?

    The real charge of the amount to the credit card occurs within 15 days of the purchase.

  • I received a defective product, can I return it?

    Mesauda Milano is committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. All our products, before leaving our warehouse, are subject to strict quality control. Rarely, however, it may happen that some products have defects. If you have received a defective product, we ask you to promptly contact our Customer Service reporting the problem, specifically you must provide: the reference (REF) and attach a photo that documents the defect of the product received.

  • It is possible to return a product purchased in the offline store?

    No, to return a product purchased online you must follow the return procedure specified in the Returns & Refunds section of your account.

    If your package shows signs of break-in or damage, please, don’t accept it and contact our Customer Service promptly

    If the product you received is different from the one you ordered, contact our Customer Service promptly and report the problem. Specifically, you will need to provide: the reference (REF) and attach a photo that documents that the product received is actually different from the one ordered.

  • How is the refund been processed?

    The refund (amount equal to the sum of the returned items, excluding any shipping costs incurred for the purchase) is made using the same payment method used for the purchase, in 10 working days from the moment the product object of return has reached our warehouse. In case of payment by cash on delivery, after the receipt and verification of the return by Intelsis SRL, the latter will send by email the refund form on which to indicate the IBAN details of domiciliation of the bank account to receive the amount of reimbursement.

    In case of payment by credit card, we remind you that the time required to display the refund on the account depends on the institution of issuing your card.
