NOTICE pursuant to and for the purposes of Article 13 of European General Data Protection Regulation No. 679/2016 (‘GDPR’), concerning the protection of personal data.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the provisions of Article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 (‘GDPR’) concerning the protection of personal data, we inform you that your personal data will be processed by electronic and manual tools, in Italy and abroad. This notice, following below, and prepared according to the principle of transparency and on the basis of all elements required by the GDPR, is divided into individual sections, each dealing with a specific topic, in order to make reading faster, easier and more easy to understand.

  1. 1. Purposes of the data processing

    The purposes for which you will be asked to provide personal data are as follows:
    1. Collection of data necessary for the processing and fulfilment of the purchase order made online;
    2. Commercial communications, market surveys, statistical analysis, competitions, customer satisfaction surveys, implying that the data may be used for marketing activities aimed at contacting and retaining customers according to specific purchasing preferences, also through direct marketing means such as paper promotional posters, e-mails, text messages and MMSs


  2. 2. Nature of the data provision and consequences of refusal to provide the data

    The provision of data, with regard to Paragraph 1, Purpose a) above, is mandatory, refusal of which will make it impossible for Intelsis Srl to process and fulfil the purchase order.
    The provision of data, with regard to Paragraph 2, Purpose b) above, is optional and does not in any way preclude the fulfilment of the purchase order.
    The processing of the data will be carried out with manual and automated systems designed to store, manage and transmit the data, in strict relation with the above stated purposes, on the basis of the data held by Intelsis Srl and with the obligation of the user of the website to promptly notify Intelsis Srl of any rectifications, additions or updates.
    The processing is performed in strict relation to the above stated purposes, and, in any case, in order to ensure the utmost security and confidentiality of the data.


  3. 3. Scope of the communication and dissemination of the data

    For both stated purposes, the data strictly necessary for each type of processing, may be communicated by Intelsis Srl to:
    • All parties to whom the right of access to such data is recognized by virtue of regulatory and legal provisions;
    • Employees, consultants and suppliers of Intelsis Srl, within the scope of related duties and any contractual obligations with them concerning commercial relations;
    • Other national and international group companies;
    • Post offices, shipping companies and couriers for the purpose of sending documentation or materials;
    • All natural and legal persons, public and private (e.g. legal, administrative and fiscal consultancies, Chambers of Commerce, labour agencies), when the communication is necessary or functional to the conduct of the our business and in the ways and for the purposes stated above;
    • Banking institutions for the processing of collections and payments concerning the execution of contracts.


  4. 4. Identification of the Data Controller

    The Data Controller is Intelsis Srl, with registered office in Via Del Cottanello, 13, Rome 00158, ITALY, VAT Number 14570261009 and Rome Companies Register Number 1530908, in the person of its Legal Representative.


  5. 5. Data retention period.

    The collected personal data will be processed by the Data Controller for the time strictly necessary for the purposes of the processing.
    In particular, the data will be processed for a period of time equal to the minimum necessary, that is until the termination of existing contractual relationships, without prejudice to a further retention period that may be imposed by any legal obligations.


  6. 6. Rights of the data subject.

    Article 15 et seq. of the GDPR grants you specific rights, allowing you to obtain:
    • Confirmation that personal data concerning you is being processed and access to such data and to the following information: the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data, recipients and categories of recipients to whom the data have been or will be communicated, the retention period of the data;
    • Rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and completion of incomplete personal data, by the provision of an additional declaration;
    • Erasure of your personal data in the cases provided for by the GDPR;
    • Limitations to processing the data in the cases provided for by applicable legislation;
    • Portability of personal data concerning you, in particular, personal data concerning you that has been provided to the Data Controller and direct transmission of your data to another Data Controller;
    • Opposition to the processing at any time, for reasons relating to a particular situation, or to the processing of the personal data concerning you, in full compliance with applicable privacy law.
